location was within 10 min walking distance to pasir bogak beach. i recommend you to eat at sandy spoon, that is set 300 feet away. i go there often, and recommend it to everyone. free parking onsite was provided.

The hotel's location directly opposite Pangkor Laut island was absolutely breathtaking. Being able to soak in the stunning views of the island from the hotel was an incredible experience. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a major advantage. We loved that we could easily access the beach and enjoy its beauty, without feeling crowded by too many people. Another positive aspect was the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel. The variety of options and the quality of the food made for a great start to our day. Finally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist us and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Air-con very noise and old. Bed frame broken. Weird smell in the room. We suppose stay 2 nights end up we only stay one night and check out. Wi-fi connection is slow. More like budget hotel

The hotel's location by the beach is simply perfect. You can walk right out of the hotel and be on the popular Pasir Bogak beach, enjoying the beautiful sand and clear waters in no time. It's definitely a great spot for beach lovers.

I'm really2 dispointed with accomodation at hotel in puteri bayu beach resort.beds is not very comfortable, not stabilized and also make noise.

Aircon was not functioning and when i ask for room change the hotel staff told that they do not have vacant room. i had to wait for a service man to refill the gas ................. there were no water bottle kept and when i ask for one ! the hotel staff told that we are sorry that we do not provide water and i have to buy! i guess the hotel should put at least 2 bottle per room for guest to survive with the water until the guest know around where to buy the water.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed the scenic view around the accommodation. the sandy beach brought warmth to my heart, and the refreshing breeze blew my mind away. the hotel staff provided an impressive service. the food they offered was appetizing and the water activities were quite fun.

The accommodation and other amenities were in poor condition. the room was dull with outdated decor and insufficient furniture.

the room i stayed in is a bit small. for the price of rm180 i had stayed in, they are bigger

We found cockroaches in the room. They were smelly. We discovered later they came from the drain outlet hole in the bath room. The cover for the outlet hole was left un-covered, perhaps on purpose so as not to clog up water in the bath room. This is bad house keeping!

Spent new year at a beach resort. Lovely rooms, with the most comfortable beds ever and stunning views of the sea. The location was perfect with several restaurants and a souvenir shop nearby. The breakfast was delicious, catering for both local and western tastes. The hotel also has a huge pool and access to a lovely private beach.

Some areas of the resort were in need of maintenance and repair, mostly in the pool area. The staff could have been more attentive and friendly, they seemed busy and not interested in helping guests.

Excellent location on the beach. Big blue pool in front of the hotel. Staff arranged activities as requested. Good continental breakfast. Great value for money.
